Start Your Professional Development at Unum
A three-to-four year rotational leadership program designed to give participants experience in a wide variety of job roles. Each experience is unique, allowing the flexibility to pursue individual interests, develop strengths, and prepare for a successful leadership career.
Development and Growth

Rotational Work
- 3-4 year rotational program
- Each rotation may be 12-18 months depending on role, complexity and business needs
- Gain experience in multiple job areas (Benefits, IT, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Management)
