We offer full-time remote options, as well as opportunities at our home office locations in Chattanooga, Tenn., Columbia, S.C., and Portland, Maine.
Customer Benefit Advisors receive a minumum starting salary of $41,600, quarterly bonuses and generous paid time off. Medical, dental, and vision benefits begin on day one with no waiting period. Setting You Up for Success
We offer both on-site and remote training to help ensure our Customer Benefit Advisors feel prepared to serve our customers.
You'll bring solid computer skills and a knack for customer service to the table; in turn, we'll train you on Unum's products and how to take care of our customers.
Each Customer Benefit Advisor works in a team environment with about 20 coworkers and managers during training, post training and beyond.
Making a Difference
After training, you will be ready to answer customer calls about benefit information and the status of a claim. A dedicated team will continue to support you to ensure you have what you need to succeed.
