We are an ambitious growing technology team but working at Unum is about much more. Wellness is core to our working environment whether we are working from home or in the office in Carlow. In current times this focus is more important than ever.
As we move into autumn and winter, we are organizing more health and wellbeing online events, placing a huge focus on Mindfulness, Mental Health, Nutrition and Physical activity in Q4. The internal snippet above shows some of the planned sessions for Q4.
